Climate Investing

For four months, I worked as a consultant for Unique, a leading international environmental impact organization that develops and implements intelligent land use strategies aimed at sustainable and inclusive development. As part of the CLIMATE division, the core of my work lay in developing and implementing innovative and economically viable land use solutions that help address mitigation of and adaptation to climate change. Key topics include REDD+, Forest Landscape Restoration (FLR), deforestation-free supply chains, and private sector land use investments. I cooperated, among others, with organizations like the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, and Nuclear Safety (BMU).
